We are open from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday and Monday, and from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Tuesday - Saturday. Come in and let us spoil you with homemade, mouthwatering dishes and desserts!

Meet our Acclaimed Chefs
Born in Hios, Greece, and trained in some of the finest restaurants in California, our Head Chef and owner, George Tsikoudis, is a culinary master. His early culinary career began in Philadelphia in the early 70's, where he worked as the catering director for a highly acclaimed restaurant for several years. After 3 years at New York Culinary Institute and a brief stint in Boston as chef of the famous Athens After Dark Restaurant, George moved to California, where he trained, and later worked, at such worldclass establishments as the Beverly Hilton, Spagos (a Wolfgang Puck Restaurant), and the Moustache Cafe. After 11 years in California, George packed up and decided to move to South Florida and open his first restaurant, The Seaside Deli and Grille, in Fort Pierce. He later opened the Flavorful Palate in Jensen Beach. The Vista Grille's delectable, mouth-watering dishes reflect his artistic flair, culinary expertise, and unique combinations of flavor.
Our Sous Chef, Randy Vega, hails from Puerto Rico. Randy has trained with Chef George for the last 9 years.
